Last year the ARX team successfully financed the film "Warhunt" with a net return of 28% and 1% participation of box offices revenues for the next 3 years for each 100k of investment.

ARX is making the second film "Dragon Run" financing available and we invite our clients to take advantage through an issued Credit Linked Note.

This CLN is linked to a private loan agreement with "Dragon Run Film LTD". Dragon Run UK Ltd owns an intellectual property of scripts, agreements with key actors, production agreement and the names. The CLN will allow for participation in the revenue share from either an outright sale or distribution through cinemas, streamers worldwide

• Payoff of 100% + 15% (Absolute);

• Participation of 1.5% of Box Office per 100,000 USD investment;

• Maturity 18-24 months for principal and absolute payoff. Additional 3-3.5 years of participation revenue.
